DETROIT LIONS +147 over Philadelphia Eagles-----Surely both teams are "desperate for a win";  but Lions haven't won yet.   Yes,  green won on MSU over Michigan,  but the game was won by Kenneth Walker......Lions have Tracy Walker on defense, right?   Hank Aaron,  winning on WS in Atlanta now;  Lions have Aaron Glenn as Defense Coord.   Jennifer Granholm on MTP today;  Lions have Jared Goff.  It looks pretty good,  though Lions have scored less than 20pts for the last 6 games.  When will it end?   Interestingly enough,  Lions are 11-2-1 ATS in Game 8 on the season.  Hmmmm?  Could that mean something?(Lose 44-6...........Lions are worst NFL team of all time.  They should NOT be in this league.   Oh,  I see Boston Scott had 2 TD against me.   That must be why Travis Scott's event went mass casualty in Houston.   Gotta bet against Lions now)

ATLANTA BRAVES(Anderson) -113 over Houston Astros(Garcia)------Garcia's last start was good,  but that was right after the Alec Baldwin murder---and the Red Sox manager was 'Alex' Cora.   Anderson won for me last time.  With Morton gone, and Fried not pitching effectively,  they'll probably have to bring out Toussaint.   Well,  I'll assume they'll have good luck at home until something happens.(Win 2-0.......Anderson 5 0 0 3 4.............Braves had a no-hitter until late.........d'Arnaud 2-4 HR)

NORTHWESTERN WILDCATS +23 over Michigan Wolverines-----NW has the Revenge X6.  They did lose 56-7 to Nebraska but Michigan couldn't cover 20 vs Rutgers,  who was just wasted by NW.   Michigan has Hutchinson,  which should be a +name today.  But they also have Jayden Baldwin and Roman Wilson and those are not names you want on your team today.(Lose 33-7........NW lost the 2nd half 23-0)

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES +265 over Tampa Bay Buccaneers------Eagles' defense has been bad and good.   Gronkowski is OUT.  Brady coming off a good game,  but without Brady's luck,  Tampa would be 2-3.  Give Eagles a chance to be good at home here.....and maybe they'll win.(Lose 28-22......Nice comeback but Eagles are not good.  Even TO and Tampa +190 yds)

VIRGINIA TECH HOKIES -116 over Notre Dame Fighting Irish----ND was taken to OT by cursed Florida State.  ND almost lost to Toledo.  And they lost for me last game vs Cin.  VT has the home Revenge for a 2019 game.  I like that VT's coach is Justin Fuentes.(Lose 32-29..........VT up 29-21 with 4:36 left in the game: They can't win.  Virginia really sucks.....told them not to touch the damn statues)

SMU MUSTANGS -13.5 over Navy Midshipmen-------This may not be the best situation to play it,  with SMU on the road here,  but SMU has a fascinating name combination on defense and will probably be one of the best ATS team this year with "three-fingered" Mordecai.  Small bet.(Lose 31-24........not enough)

IOWA HAWKEYES -2.5 over Penn State Nitanny Lions----Iowa at home;  PSU has the revenge.  Iowa has a bunch of 'Ty's.........Tyler O'neill did fail me on STL but we'll give another chance with Iowa having Vanvalkenburg,  a name that looks good today.(Win 23-20)

LA RAMS -2.5 over Seattle Seahawks------#9 is still hot,  with Verdugo wearing 99..........Seattle has lost to the Vikings.(Win 28-14............So,  because LV took Miami and Baltimore to OT,  some big handicappers thought the Raiders could hang in this game.  No;  Justin Herbert 3 TDs.)

STL CARDINALS(Wainwright) +206 over La Dodgers(Scherzer)-------Cardinals not hitting for most of the year and are a .500 team......then they go 20-2 in a part of September.  Hmmm.  Cardinals do have the Revenge against Scherzer who.......after originally being a Tiger,  is now a Dodger.   This price is pretty huge for a team that's been winning so much.   Scherzer is good but,  well,  I guess he's a Dodger.   I'll go with the momentum.(Lose 3-1.......Edman 3-5 but Cardinals can't hit.   STL pitching coach Mike Maddux likely instructing pitchers not to challenge Dodger hitters,  who didn't hit very well either.  Bad baseball game.)

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS +6.5 over Tampa Bay Buccaneers(Win 19-17)

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS +227 over  Tampa Bay Buccaneers----Patriots may suck,  but their defense may be  good and they did blow out the Jets.  Brady's career has coasted on a silver carpet of luck which was largely created by me and,   of course,  like everyone else that has profited off me,  no one has paid anything back.   Brady has cloaked himself in luck with Rob Gronkowski(my name) but he won't be in this game because he was ripped up last week.   He still has Chris Godwin,  who wears my old number,  and who couldn't be called for blatant offensive pass int vs Dallas,  losing the money line bet for me.   We'll probably need a Turnover ratio win for this bet to work out,  but with the right conditions,  I believe it can happen.(Lose 19-17.........Brady 51%,  Tampa +2 TO.........as usual,  Brady gets lucky again.)
