North Carolina vs Rutgers UNDER 72(-105)------True,  NC's defense has been invariably ineffective.  But they've played some decent offenses,   a pretty solid schedule with Notre Dame,  Miami,  Georgia Tech and Clemson.   So I'm looking for the Tar Heel defense to step it up a little against this Big 10 team that just barely beat the phenomenally pathetic Michigan Wolverines at home!(at Rutgers).   NC averages 38 passing attempts,  which is a lot but Rutgers only averages 28 pa's.   Rutgers has played 3 games that have gone OVER 70 points.   But Rutgers has scored 0pts against Wisconsin,  3 points against Michigan State and 10 points against Penn State:  Rutgers doesn't always score well.  Just think what would have to happen for this game to go OVER:  4 TDs in each half.............that gets it to 56...........then you'd need 2 additional TDs and it STILL doesn't get to 72.   You'd need 10 total TDs in this game AND a field goal to go OVER.  And then,  just barely.  I'll bet NC's defense to MAKE SOME PLAYS.  Go defense.(Win 40-21)
