KANSAS CITY ROYALS(Sparkman) +124 over Toronto Blue Jays(Richard)----Sparkman has thrown some good games against good offenses.   And he's +124 vs Richard,  who has.........sucked?  The offenses are near equal,  with Royals having the better batting average,  although Blue Jays have added Guerrero and maybe Biggio more recently.(Lose 11-4............Sparkman is a suck.  He is a joke.  How can you SUCK like this?   How did he do good vs Boston and Minnesota?  I have no idea;  the guy is the worst pitcher in MLB:  3 9 8 1 1.)
