NEW YORK GIANTS +10.5(-115) over Houston Texans-----Giants are 4-2 ATS, with Holland, Reese and Reader,  Abdul Carter and #20 Newsome.  They have Thomas,  Malachi and #9 Likely.   Their points scored and points given up are about equal to Houston's.  So it's hard to say why Houston,  who lost for me last night,   a 2-4 ATS team,  is favored by 10.   Oh, McCarthy is QB for Giants.   I think that's good;  I like McCarthy.

DETROIT LIONS -3.5 over Green Bay Packers-------Lions playing in their 3rd home game.  Yes,  they have the 2X home Revenge.   And they are off the Bye.   All the "kinks" should be worked out now so Lions should play with no mistakes against a Divisional team.  They have Aidan Hutchinson and we saw Aidan Laughery for Illinois and Aidan Armenta for Louisiana Monroe win yesterday.   Green Bay coming off 3 wins,  Dallas,  Bears and Tampa Bay.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS -6.5 over Indianapolis Colts-----Vikings have Blake Cashman,  Murphy 7,  Smith and Andrew.  They are off the Bye at home and have only allowed 12 points per game on average.  Colts have just lost to Tenn and Pittsburgh.     Their defense allows 27 pts per game and I just don't think they're good anymore.

MICHIGAN WOLVERINES +255 over Indiana Hoosiers------Going back to 2024,  Michigan does have the home Revenge here.    Both defenses are good,  yet Indiana is 1-6 ATS,  just worse than Michigan's 2-4 ATS.   Why has Michigan's offense sucked so bad?   Because they didn't have the right QB in.   That is,  after Tommy Carr came in in the 2nd half vs Penn State and scored 21 pts in the half last game,  he could clearly make the case that if they'd have given him the whole game,   Michigan would have scored 42pts.   Since everyone saw it,   Michigan has discovered that they don't have to sit through continued offensive weakness.   They can just put in Carr and get FAR more lucky as a team.   Yes, Indiana won the championship last year,  but they don't have their QB from that team.   Hoover,  Indiana's QB,  makes more in NIL than Underwood.   

HOUSTON COUGARS +7(-114) over Utah Utes---------Tyler Hughes really won yesterday at QB for Wyoming.  He was an underdog and rushed for 140 yds.   Houston's No.1 RB is Mahki Hughes.   They also have a Thomas on offense and defense,  the 6 and the 9 and Walker.  Utah has the home revenge and Hunter Andrews.

MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES -1.5 over Orlando Magic---------Ball,  a new player,  is added to Edwards,  Gobert and Kuminga for Minnesota,   who has the 2X Revenge.   Magic have Wagner and Bane.

PHILADELPHIA 76ers -3 over Cleveland Cavaliers--------76ers have a 4X home Revenge,  Justin Edwards who was DNP in their first game,  Caldwell-Pope and Simons.   The risk is Cavs' Mobley.

ATLANTA FALCONS +1.5 over Chicago Bears-----Bears were -5 TO in pathetic loss to Packers last game.   Obviously,  we can't expect them to get that unlucky.   Sure,  they probably want to come back from that............but Monangai is OUT and Edwards is OUT.   If you go back to 2023,  Atlanta has some Revenge.   Penix is hurt but not OUT.   If he can't play,  I'm confident in Tua.   Yes,  Atl is only 2-3 ATS and..........Oh, they lost both their home games.   So they owe their fans.   Last game went to OT with Ravens and they didn't win.   They do have the #14.   I still think that with 2 Robinson's,  this team will be pretty good.   What did we see in the UAB game?   Rod Robinson getting the late TD.(Lose 31-23.........horrible.  Caleb Williams returns at QB for Bears............not that I knew that would happen.  Bears +110 yds, +2 TO.........Hard to believe:  Atlanta 0-3 at Home now.)

OHIO STATE BUCKEYES -3 over Indiana Hoosiers-----Ohio State does have the Revenge and Indiana is 1-5 ATS.   Sure, Indiana won the championship last year...........and this year they can't cover.   A common phenomenon.   OSU does have Roberts,  #14 Christian Allegro,  Pierce,  Smith, Eddrick Houston and Bo Jackson.   Yes,  Osu lost to Texas by 1.   Indiana played Northwestern but probably no teams as good as Texas.(Win 19-15.........Sayin throws 2 INTs but they win)

MICHIGAN WOLVERINES -6.5 over Penn State Nittany Lions------Penn State's last 3 have been outright losses and ATS losses.   Now they are at Michigan,  who is off the Bye and has home-off-road-loss.  Michigan has scored over 20 pts once but they did beat Oklahoma.   Off the bye,  I expect Michigan's offense to improve here;  it almost HAS to for this bet to cover.   Against the last 3 big ten teams,  Penn State has allowed about 30ppg.   So I see no reason for this not to be a Michigan blowout.  They have the 6, the 17 Etta on defense,  Snowden, Moore, Marshall and Pierce and Thomas.  And Hiter.   Michigan's defense allowed about 15 per game and nobody's worried about them.(Lose 21-18........Tommy Carr finally comes in at QB in 2nd half..........Michigan scores some points.......

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS +3(-115) over Pittsburgh Steelers----------Colts have the Revenge here and their defense has been getting steadily better..............throughout the season.   They have the 17 and the 20.   Only lost to KC by 3.   The cop killed in Philadelphia has a name and initials match to the Colts coach(Shane S).   So we'll keep betting against this state until it rids itself of Fetterman.  Steeler have home-off-road-loss.(Lose 34-22..........only 66 rushing yds for Colts.  NO Turnovers.  And Pitt only outgains by 20 yds.   Look,  Jones was 24/44,  just slightly above 50 percent passing.   He's not a good QB, regardless of his number.   Don't bet colts.............they're not a serious team.)

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS +4.5 over Kansas City Chiefs-----Kirk Ferentz didn't win yesterday,  but Kirkland definitely did for Florida State.  LVR have beat Miami,  Chargers and Saints,  who are pretty good.   Raiders had the +3 TO there which makes it a weaker win but still.........Chiefs have beaten Denver, Colts and Miami.  They have Jones and Simmons,  who was great for Missouri yesterday.  Both teams have the 17 and the 9,  with LV having #7 Walker, Powers, Hemingway,  Bowers and Ashton,  matching the heroic Ashton Daniels from FSU yesterday,  who, after I was disgusted with how the game started and went up to bed,  put up 38 unanswered points.   Chiefs offense is good,  so the game will come down to how well it can be outsmarted by Raiders DC Rob Leonard.(Win 30-27)
