TENNESSEE TITANS +3.5 over Jacksonville Jaguars-----It's a winnable game for both teams!  Well,  Titans outgained the Jets by 92yds last game but still lost.  Maybe its time for a win.(Lose 21-13.......Ok, WTF?  Whitehurst throws 68% to Bortles' 50%........Tennessee outgains them by 69yds..........Titans still lose.)
