LA ANGELS(Detmers) +127 over Baltimore Orioles(Wells)----Detmers' numbers are not bad at all,  its just that the team has lost all 6 of his starts after his no-hitter.   In fact,  the Angels went from a good hitting and scoring team on May 24th,  to a veritable cellar-dweller now,  after Uvalde.  Orioles have improved as Wells has improved,  and I can't say a negative word about the guy.   Yet Japanese politician Shinzo Abe has been assassinated,  just days after Ohtani pitched a masterful 7 inning 2-hitter.  In fact,  this is not even a very good price to fade Wells.  But the Angels have Japanese blood,  and this event may be what it takes to avert the Angels from this course of misery.(Lose 5-4..........a truly sick Angels loss;  Iglesias comes in in the 9th,  gets 2 outs............and then 4 straight hits.  Game over.)

KANSAS CITY ROYALS(Singer) +126 over Detroit Tigers(Skubal)-----Skubal was rocked his last 4 starts.  Singer has walked only 10 in 54 innings.(Win 7-4...........Nicky Lopez 4-4..........Edward Olivares 2-4 HR)

STL CARDINALS(Wainwright) +139 over Philadelphia Phillies(Wheeler)---------Too good of a price on Cardinals to ignore.  I'm bullish on the team.(Lose 4-0)

BALTIMORE ORIOLES(Wells) +145 over Minnesota Twins(Smeltzer)-----Well,  Orioles were 14-12 in June.........and Smeltzer did get rocked by Arizona.(Win 3-1)

SEATTLE MARINERS(Ray) -146 over Oakland A's(Montas)-------Mariners have the home Revenge against Montas.   I'd say the price is cheap considering Oakland was 5-21 in June.(Win 2-1...........Paul Sewald with the Save)

TAMPA BAY RAYS(McClanahan) +120 over Toronto Blue Jays(Gausman)----Blue Jays only 3-6 in Gausman's last 9 starts,  batters hitting .269 off him.   And McClanahan's been so good.   TBJ have scored 69 more runs than TB..........but that won't matter vs McClanahan.(Win 6-2...........Wander Franco drilled Gausman with a hit,  got him out after 2 innings in which he gave up 4 Hits;  Rene Pinto 2-4)

ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS(Keuchel) +131 over Colorado Rockies(Gomber)-------Since neither of these guys knows how to pitch,  I'll take the underdog.(Lose 11-7...........should have took the Over)

CHICAGO WHITE SOX(Cease) +128 over San Francisco(Webb)----------SF 3-8 in last 11.  Occasionally,  Cease gets rocked,  but he's usually pretty hard to beat.(Win 5-3...........Sheets 2-3)

WASHINGTON NATIONALS(Gray) -125 over Miami Marlins(Rogers)-------Gray has been doing good.  After a bad first half of June,  Nationals are on a 6-3 run.   They also have the double Revenge against Rogers,  who rarely does well and I think we can tweak him here.   As far as the Christian theme of the Marlins' names..........it didn't help Jesus Cruz yesterday as he gave up 5 Runs pitching for Atlanta.(Lose 6-3................there was something very, very fishy about this game.  Number 1,  Gray got rocked.   Then Rogers only gave up 2 Hits.  It was fucked up.)

ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS(Kelly) +108 over Colorado Rockies(Senzatela)-------Hopefully,  Kelly can bring AZ out of their 2-6 run,  having lost a series at home to the lowly Tigers.   Rockies have scored 32 more runs than AZ, but batters have hit .363 off Senzatela.(Win 9-3...........Alek Thomas 2-5 HR,  David Peralta 2-5 HR)

PITTSBURGH PIRATES(Contreras) +175 over Milwaukee Brewers(Burnes)------Brewers were 12-15 in June.  So,  they're beatable.  They are 9-6 when Burnes pitches.   Pirates on a 2-game winning streak,  at home here and I think we can play this at this price.(Lose 19-2)
