LA ANGELS(Chavez) +112 over Toronto Blue Jays(Valdez)-----We realize............that the ape named 'Caesar' is playing in the movie in theaters right now.   But..........Angels have Trout back now.....offenses are close.........Chavez is.........old---and he sometimes gets rocked.  But we'll still try him here.(Lose 11-10...........Angels were ahead 10-4 entering the bottom of the 9th inning---isn't that an amazing thing to say,  considering the outcome of the game?  I think it is.  So let's say it again:  The Angels were ahead 10-4 going into the bottom of the 9th inning.  Brooks Pounders and Bud Norris combined to allow 7 earned runs  while getting 1 batter out in the bottom of the 9th inning.   In other words,  if the game had continued to the end of the inning----instead of ending in the sudden death way they all do in the 9th,  as the Angels only had 10 runs------at that rate Pounders and Norris would have made this game 25-10 before the 10th inning could begin.    Albert Pujols' 2HR are wasted by Angels' bullpen.  Steve Pearce had the game-winning grand slam for Toronto.   Wow,  is this the SECOND 11-10 game I've lost this season?   Wonder what that's saying?)

BALTIMORE ORIOLES(Miley) +106 over Texas Rangers(Perez)-------Well,  ok.   Miley has walked 62 in 104 innings......AND HE GETS ROCKED EVERY START!  But.........Perez isn't much better.  Miley definitely due for some improvement but.........really,  I'm more interested in Orioles' offense today.(Win 10-6.........Jonathan Schoop 2-4, HR..........Welington Castillo 2-4, HR...........Manny Machado 3-4)

BOSTON RED SOX(Pomeranz) -164 over Kansas City Royals(Hammel)(Lose 5-3.........one-pitch pitcher Matt Barnes comes in in the 8th to blow the 2-run lead,  allowing 3 hits,  getting no one out.   It started with an Error by Xander Bogaerts and then Barnes let a come-backer bounce off his body for an infield single.)
