DETROIT TIGERS(Fulmer) -106 over Kansas City Royals(Duffy)-----Tigers on 4-1 run and,  with JD Martinez gone,  there'll be more playing time for Mahtook,  Adduci and........Alex Presley(didn't even know the Tigers had him).   Tigers ARE better vs lhps this year and,  strangely,  with their offense significantly better than Royals,  they've won fewer games than the Royals.  Kinsler hitting only .244 this year is a key Tigers' weakness.(Lose 16-4..........Yeah,  I really did see this movie....on this day....
