LOUISIANA TECH BULLDOGS -8.5 over Rice Owls------Rice does have the Revenge on the road here but............LT is actually a much better team;  They're actually about 21 points better than Rice considering home/away comparisons.   And over all games,  LT is 10pts better.   I'll go Alex Hamilton OVER Drone and Koulechov.(Win 88-69............Alex Hamilton 25pts)

PORTLAND PILOTS -2.5(-115) over San Diego Toreros------I'm mercilessly angry about what happened with the Portland Trail Blazers in Portland in the 4th quarter against Houston but.........look at this game:  Portland has the Revenge on the road(don't know how they lost but the game was on 1/14/16) and..........San Diego lost on Feb 20th to BYU 33-91-----a 58 point loss!  I can't see how SD is given such a home court advantage here; Portland is much better.   SD is looking shady.........they've got all these foreigners on their team.(Lose 85-76..........Alec Wintering 2-13 FG..........dazzlingly poor effort by Portland.   One of the biggest disgraces in CBB to lose to San Diego.   Career high by Duda Sanadze 38pts.)
