ATLANTA BRAVES(Perez) +170 over Tampa Bay Rays(Ramirez)-----Williams Perez has allowed a BA against of .277 and walked 1 every 2 innings in his first year.  Clearly,  that's not very good and not nearly as good as Ramirez.   But the Braves do have Adonis Garcia and Avisail Garcia had 2HR yesterday for CWS.(Lose 2-0...........Excellent game by Perez who pitched an 8inn CG.   Braves outhit Tampa 6-4, still lose)
