TEXAS TECH RED RAIDERS +3 over West Virginia Mountaineers-----Rutgers and Louisville both had surprisingly large win today.   West Virginia may look better,  but why are they only favored by 3?  I'll go with the color..........Red.(Win 34-27..........69 penalty yards on West Virginia,  only 19 on Texas Tech.  even TO.............Henry Colombi 78%)
