CHICAGO BEARS +170 over Tampa Bay Buccaneers-----Bears have faced ATL and NYG who are crappy teams.  But Colts and Lions I think are ok.   Wasn't Tampa down 24-7 last game?  They can't be allowed to come back like that.  Brady's been overperforming.  (Win 20-19........TB had about 40 more penalty yards.  Brady yells at his own players and wants to replay 4th down at the end.   Statistically,  it was a pretty even game)
