CINCINNATI REDS(Burns) +100 over Pittsburgh Pirates(Ashcraft)-----Reds have won 2 more games than Pitt,  while Pitt's offense has been much better,  having scored 38 more runs.  Ashcraft has thrown a low .221 average,  yet Pirates have gone 3-3 when he has started.   Burns,  I believe, is better,  with Reds having gone 4-2 when he starts.  He was born in Naples, Italy.  I like that,  with the Italians having come through yesterday.  Yes,  the Pirates rocked Lowder yesterday,     but the Reds scored 7 Runs.

DETROIT TIGERS(Holton) -125 over Texas Rangers(Leiter)---------Tigers' offense is better.   Leiter gives up a lot of runs.  So while Holton is only a 1-inning pitcher and Tigers have been about .500,   they have scored 25 more runs than Rangers.
