LA ANGELS(Fulmer) -1.5(+155) over Colorado Rockies(Feltner)---------I see Fulmer emerging as a starter here.  Rockies offense is better,  but Rockies have an extremely high chance of losing anytime Feltner takes the mound..........if the past is any predictor of the future.(Lose 5-4..........Fulmer does good,  top of 9th 2 outs and Jake Cave hits the tying 2-Run HR off Strickland.  Damn.)
