MIAMI MARLINS(Cabrera) +145 over Tampa Bay Rays(Springs)------Marlins have scored 38 fewer runs than Rays but are on a 7-4 run(Tampa is on a 6-4 streak).   Springs is 21-10 lifetime.  He's had 3 starts this year,  which have been good,  all resulting in wins.   Why has he started so seldom?   Cabrera is 14-17 lifetime and he's always had one problem:  Extreme wildness.   But with Jazz Chisolm traded and Xavier Edwards now hitting .379,  I'll take them.(Lose 9-3......... 3-1 Marlins when Cabrera comes out in the 5th.........then they get rocked)
