CAROLINA PANTHERS +395 over Tampa Bay Buccaneers-----With Godwin,  Evans and Fournette OUT,  I don't think we can assume that Tampa will be the same team that beat Dallas and Buffalo.  For those who say Tampa's defense is still good,  we must remember that Carolina's defense is arguably better.
