DETROIT TIGERS(Fulmer) +140 over Kansas City Royals(Bubic)-----Fulmer's been terrible.........except for last start.   But he never goes more than 3 innings.  And Tigers have won 1 fewer game than the Royals. So the team are about equal.  Royals scored 12 runs last game.(Lose 8-7..........Tigers get 14 hits...........Fulmer allows 7 hits in 2 innings.  What a waste.)
