COLORADO ROCKIES(Francis) -130 over San Diego Padres(Stults)-----With Obama's recent terror show(ballistic) hitting Santa Monica,  wacking a certain Carlos Franco,  do I give the Rockies another chance,  here,  with Francis,  after Tulowitski and Gonzalez went a combined 0-11 for me a couple days ago?  Ummm,  the Padres did NOT hit a lhp when I needed them to a while ago so.....I'll try the Rockies.(Lose 4-2...........Francis rocked and.....Rockies can't hit Stults.  Very surprising.)
