CHICAGO BEARS +4 over Philadelphia Eagles---------Looks like Bears QB will be Case Keenum.   They still have #14,  Rome...........and Edwards and Muhamed on defense.   Last game was weird.  It was totally raining all game and Bears were subject to Black Magic,  as everything went wrong for them.   Seldom does such magic persist to a 2nd game.  Hopefully they can bounce back with Keenum or Tyson.   Bears defense allowed 9 last game and 37 the game before that.  Hard to say how they'll play.   Eagles are 0-2 ATS as they didn't cover vs Tenn or Washington.
