SAN DIEGO PADRES(King) -117 over Kansas City Royals(Lugo)------KC hits 20pts better and has scored 32 more run than Padres.  Yet Padres have won 20 more games.   This is strange.   Perhaps Padres bullpen is a lot better.  Royals have gone 3-8 in July while Padres are on 4-2 streak.   Both teams have gone 8-11 for these SPs,  which is bizarre as batters hit .211 off King and .284 off Lugo.    I'll go with the better SP(Lugo's ERA is 4.56)
