OKLAHOMA SOONERS -5 over Michigan Wolverines--------Michigan was +2 on the turnover ratio and failed to cover by 17 POINTS IN THEIR FIRST GAME!!!  That is so bad.   Oklahoma didn't cover their first game either,  but they almost did,  at -1 on the TO ratio.  So we are gonna try to blow Michigan out here.

            I was drinking coffee last night walking home.   Last time I drank coffee I had good luck in poker.  So I posted some book cards on a short walk.   I had a lot of energy to get out there after that last email.  So I'm coming home and............this girl approaches me,  talking fast like she knows me.  I don't really know what she said until.............she said,  "I got lost."

           Her face looked good.  Her legs were "field-hockey thickness".   So I said,  "Where are you trying to get to?"

            She turns to the left and says,  "There's a number you'll have to call for me."   Well, I didn't have my cellphone.   So I said,  "Here's my card.  I don't have my phone."

            People frequently get lost.  It's not a problem.  You just have to name a street.  I know 'em all.  One time a guy came all the way to my house.   And he wanted to look at the map on my phone.   I had a iPod;  no map on that.  "Just name a street.   You're from the college, right?"   He finally said, "Hill street."

             I pointed,  "Three long blocks that way and you're on Hill Street."   He was drunk;  pissed in my neighbor's yard.  I mean,  I can understand a girl not wanting to say exactly where she lives.   I could have said,  "We just came off Hill street.   That way is north,  so you've got South U,  Diag, Law School and Business school.    Do you know if you live South of the Diag?"

            "Because if you live North of the Diag,  you might have some walking to do.   If you're going for Vaughn,  Greenwood or Oakland,  they're just around the corner to the right.   Maybe you cut off Hill street too early and you're going to Church, University or Forest.  In that case just go back to Hill and keep walking."

             But then,  how could I have exploited this situation to get some bush............?
