TAMPA BAY RAYS(Houser) +110 over San Francisco Giants(Verlander)--------Houser was good until his last two starts.   He even shut down SF on June 28th.   Giants have gone 5-15 in Verlander's starts this season and I would venture to say its wrong to favor the Giants here.  Tampa has outscored them by 56 runs.(Win 2-1..........Verlander does good but I win)
