WASHINGTON NATIONALS(Soroka) +130 over San Diego Padres(Cease)----Cease has his highest ERA in 5 years this year.  He's just not as good as he was.  And Washington,  although they've won significantly fewer games than Padres,  have outscored them by 34 runs and are at home here.(Lose 7-2............Kyle Finnegan comes on in the 9th to give up 5ER, getting 1 Out.  There's a real sickness going on on this website)
