WASHINGTON COMMANDERS +4 over Philadelphia Eagles-----Washington DC did not vote very well;  and that's probably why they lost to Steelers last game.  Here,  they have the double Revenge on the road.  They are 7-2 ATS.  Eagles are 1-3 ATS at home.   (Lose 26-18..........10-6 after 3 quarters.   4th and 2 at the 26 yd line in the 4th quarter.  A Field Goal gives you the lead.  They chose to go for it,  missed,  and ended the game.   DUMB.   Why does the District vote the way they do?  I LIKE this team,  but they can't win with that much idiocy.)
