MIAMI MARLINS(Chirinos) +200 over Philadelphia Phillies(Suarez)-----Phillies have scored 126 more runs than Miami and Suarez is 10-2 this year.   He's done better this year than ever before.  But Miami does have the Revenge against him.  On a 7-4 run,  Miami may not be as bad a team---right now----as they once were.(Lose 7-6............you had a 6-3 lead after the 5th inning,  having given Suarez his worst rocking of the year.   But you couldn't close.)
