NORTH CAROLINA STATE WOLFPACK +250 over Duke Blue Devils----In fact,  Duke has gone 1-1 vs NC State this year and 1-1 against them last year.  Some might say NC State's last game was fixed because of how bad Marquette shot.   But look at Duke's last game!   Roberts and Francis combined to go 4-12 on FREE THROWS for Houston!!!!   Technically,  Duke has the revenge but I have the personal Revenge vs McCain for blowing out James Madison.(Win 76-64...........a 55-37 amazing 2nd half win.  Burns got most of the points(30).   Duke was +4 on turnovers and +6 on PFs.   Could not BELIEVE how many shots NC ST missed in the 1st half)
