LAS VEGAS RAIDERS -3(+100) over Pittsburgh Steelers------Raiders home-off-road-loss after Bills beat down.  I believe this their first home game.  IS Garroppolo really as weak as his stats say?  Are they still cursed by the Henry Riggs incident?  This is a winning situation for them.(Lose 23-18.........This is simply not an NFL-qualified team.   Garroppolo:  "He wins everywhere he goes".  That's what they said.   He threw 3 INTs and LV had the -3 TO ratio because of it.  Las Vegas sucks.)
