CLEVELAND GUARDIANS(Bieber) -128 over Minnesota Twins(Smeltzer)-----Bieber has been good,  except for his very last start.  Cleveland's offense is actually the 7th best in Runs scored in MLB.   I bet Twins with Archer a couple of days ago...........and they just didn't give a shit.  Go Cleveland.(Win 3-2)
