MARSHALL THUNDERING HERD +15.5 over Ucf Knights-----At this price, well,  UCF is actually on a 3-7 ATS streak.  2 of their last 3 have been within 3 points.   Marshall has Isaiah Green at QB who is #17----that didn't work out for the Chargers or Tennessee yesterday,  but I like the number.(Lose 48-25..........Marshall -4 TO...........how many turnovers in the 1st Quarter?  Was it all of them.   Shameful.)
