NAVY MIDSHIPMEN +11.5 over Memphis Tigers(Lose 35-23............Lost by .5 of a point.  Great.  Navy was winning 20-14 after the 1st half and then they lose so bad that they don't cover.  Navy had 8 more 1st Downs.   Navy outgained them by 72 yds. This has to be fixed.)

GREEN BAY PACKERS -4 over Philadelphia Eagles-----GB's defense has succeeded vs weak offenses.   Eagles defense has not succeeded.   Eagles got unlucky last week while GB got a +3 TO ratio.   I still feel that Rodgers steps up his game today and its impossible for me to predict him failing.(Lose 34-27............GB was +154 yds and +7 1st Downs..........but -2 TO so they lose.  Hard to believe this shit.)
