(Cops now say 33-year-old Jorge Rios kidnapped and raped a female runner before strangling and drowning her in the Lincoln Park lake.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office announced Sunday on Twitter that Rios was in custody in connection to the homicide of 45-year-old Carolina Cano.
