TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS -2.5(-150) over Washington Redskins-------TB has home-off-road loss and Redskins rarely score more than 20 pts.  Tampa's offense is pretty good,  so I'll say they are due for a win in this home game.(Lose 16-3.............Not sure why I was fried in this one;  Tampa bay had 215 more yards of offense and 14 more 1st downs ............TB lost the TO ratio by 4.......pretty phenomenal bad luck.  Redskins did have De'Ron Payne.   Redskins win with only 16pts)
