TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS +281 over Atlanta Falcons----------Tampa Bay is..........4-9.  That's weak.  However,  they do have the home Revenge here and............BIG subterranean fire causes power outage at Atlanta's airport.   Ok,  we'll play that.........Winston is 62%.........not quite as good as Ryan but................Darkest Hour comes out December 22nd(just 4 days)........previews are out now. 
   Last week against the Lions.............there were some fumbles;  can't do that for this game.(Lose 24-21...............TB -1 TO............and -37 yds.  Winston was 77% w/ 3 TDs.............so it wasn't his fault)
