TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS +1.5 over Oakland-----Tampa did win a +3 TO ratio in beating the Vikings last game but I think their luck can continue as the East Carolina Pirates beat Houston yesterday by 20 points with #5 Shane Carden at QB throwing 72% w/ 4 TD.   The 5 was also good on Everett Golson as Notre Dame eventually got the win with 2 passing TDs and a rushing TD.  Tampa on the road here but with a 5 on their QB.(Win 42-32.......Doug Martin 4 TD.......Vincent Jackson TD......Mike Williams TD)
